Description
Winemaking: The grapes were machine harvested in the cool morning and the juice was cold settled for 48 hours before being racked. 10% of the juice as transferred into 5 year old barrels and the remainder to stainless steel for fermentation with a range of yeast strains. We aimed for a long, cool fermentation to retain the varietal characteristics and left the wine on fine lees to build palate texture.
Tasting Notes: Sweet nectarine, white peach & honeysuckle greets you on
the nose. Whilst a mellow stone fruit character comes in on the palate with a generous but soft texture.
Alcohol: 13%
